The deep sands above clay sub-soils allow the vines to be dry-grown (no irrigation). The old vines yield full flavoured, elegant and interesting wines. The wines are open-fermented and then matured in old hogshead oak barrels for at least 2 years before release. 

Small parcels of grapes are selected and the wine hand-crafted and nurtured to represent our dreams for the vineyard and wines.

Our wine is expressive of a single vineyard and each vintage shows exciting variation and development.
